i)The college usually reopens in the month of June every year or on the date notified by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha. The classes of +2 II, +3 II and +3 III year usually begin immediately after reopening of the college. But +2 Ist year & +3 1st year classes begin as per the instruction of the Government. The classes of +2 and +3 usually commence from 9.15 A.M. and continue up to 4 P.M. in all working days.
ii) The college office and library function from 10-00A.M. to 5-00 P.M. on all working days, unless otherwise notified.
iii) Specified counters are provided to students for depositing fees. No one should enter the office without permission.
iv) Any complaint regarding official lapses should be brought to the notice of the Principal. In no case the behaviour of the students towards the college employees or vice versa should be impolite and discourteous.
v) Normally on matters relating to the issue of College Leaving Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Mark list etc. the students are required to apply to the Principal and on matters connected with extracurricular activities they are required to contact the Advisors/ Vice-Presidents/Professors incharge concerned.
vi) Normally C.L.C etc. shall be issued on the Third day of receipt of application. CLC shall be issued only when the student produces clearance certificates from the office, Library, N.C.C., N.S.S., and the corresponding departments and from the Advisor & Vice-Presidents of different associations if they are office bearers.
vii) Students are required to bring their Identity Cards when they come to office for any official work.
viii) Duplicate College Leaving Certificate may be issued to a student on the following conditions, for prosecution of studies only.
a) Affidavit from the student / guardian to the effect of loss or theft of CLC.
b) In case of theft, FIR copy and copy of the final report from the police authority.
c) Undertaking from the student / guardian that the Duplicate CLC would be used only for the purpose mentioned.
ix) Issue of conduct certificate will not ordianrily be allowed to get a duplicate before the expiry of a period of six months from the date of issue. While applying for a certificate the candidate must mention the purpose and substantiate it by production of related documents. All certificates relating to conduct, appearance in the examination, continuance of studentship etc. will be given in the proforma prescribed by the college.
Conduct certificate / appearance certificate can be issued once only to a student who have appeared the examination & whose result has not been published if he/she has not taken C.L.C.
x) Attestation of forms and photographs for different entrance examinations by the Head of the institution will be done only if such examinations are sponsored / conducted / recognised by any State Government / Central Government and other statutory bodies.
Entrance Examination forms will be verified / attested only in respect of students currently studying in the college on production of valid identity card and or other relevant documents. A student already admitted in any other institution has to get the forms verified from the later institution and no request for attestation from this institution. However the form of a student who has taken C.L.C but has not been admitted in any other institution can be verified only on production of C.L.C in original along with other documents as specified above.
